I was able to attend the Calvin Klein & Fashion Magazine Grand Opening at Vaughan Mills Mall event tonight and can I just say that it was such a non-RSVP worthy event! No literally, it was one of those events that tell you to RSVP, when in actuality there is no point in RSVPing since it was totally open to whoever passes by. I understand that whoever organizes probably just wants numbers so that they can be prepared on how many people they can expect and have an idea for refreshments and the finger foods, but really when I'm asked to RSVP I'm sort of under the impression that it might have a bit of exclusivity or at least a something just a bit more special for taking the time and having the courtesy to give a heads up that I'm coming. Of course, this could just be me getting a bit spoiled from a couple of events that I recently had the opportunity to attend, mainly the Hugo Boss & Fashion Magazine Grand Opening at Yorkdale Mall event and the Gravity Pope Grand Opening, both of which were executed quite marvelously in my opinion. (I will be posting about them soon, just too many photos to go through still)
